We thoroughly enjoyed this well-appointed and wonderful hotel and didn't feel like leaving, couldn't recommend more. Its location was excellent next to the highway exit.

I had a very comfortable 4-night stay at Best Western Concord Inn and Suites. I truly enjoyed the arrangement of our spotless and well-appointed double room with 2 queen beds. the breakfast was sensational, featuring waffles and bacon, among other delicious options. the hotel's location in the area was particularly convenient for our dogs, meeting our needs very well. 😊👍❤️.

It was close to our destination. We arrived late, with an extra adult and two children. The workers did their best to accomodate us. The breakfast was very nice and the little ones enjoyed the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at best western, and really had no complaints. I did notice that the bed linens/blankets on the pull-out and the roll away needed to be upgraded. The linens were clean but seemed worn.

Huge and good-sized rooms, sensational breakfast. Had great a small mini fridge, a coffee maker, and a new carpet. The particularly good and absolutely perfect location for the price, really close to a seafood restaurant that was great and the McLane Audubon center.

The location of Best Western Concord Inn And Suites is fantastic, as it is just a short walk to Waves Indoor Waterpark. It is conveniently situated near a motorway, making it easy to explore the area. there are plenty of options for an excellent breakfast, ensuring a great start to the day.

I loved that my room had a microwave, a fridge, and a small sink! Awesome! I also loved that it had a guest laundry, which I desperately needed in an emergency! The new decor was fresh and appealing. I had a grand stay, and would recommend this hotel to others!

I was quoted a price on the internet, and my actual price was $20/nite higher. I didn't discover this until after I had checked out.

I truly enjoyed my stay during my business trip. the hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and stores, making it an ideal spot. it’s just a short distance from the capital and the Franklin Pierce House, which I found exceptionally nice. Plus, the Canada One Factory Outlet Mall is only 2 km away, adding even more convenience to my visit.

We found the bed and pillows to be extremely comfortable, hotel was quiet at night, endless hot water for showers, hot breakfast in morning was great along with friendly staff. ALL STAFF AT DESK, CLEANERS, ETC. WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WITH ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD REGARDING THE SURROUNDING AREA

We first booked a room in march 2012...2 queen beds for 3 nights in june 2012. (through Booked.net)....we called them as we had to cancel for one of the three nights, (Booked.net tried to reach the hotel staff that evening and next day to see if our rate would stay the same, said they'd email us with a reply) we waited until the next day and finally called them back as we needed to know about our changes...finally Booked.net were told by hotel we weren't allowed to cancel one night as this apparently, had to be 3 nights for the rate...i had to cancel this room completely on line.....and go on line and re-book the king room for 2 nights (cost much more for us for the 2 nights)...a lot of extra work for us, phone calls, emails, going on line..etc... No lunch/supper included in second booking either...and most importantly "no refund on cancellation" the first booking we were able to cancel without having credit card billed

The Best Western Concord Inn and Suites is a reasonably clean place with great service. the staff is excellent, and the hotel is conveniently located near parks, businesses, and various attractions. It's just next door to the Oh Canada Eh Dinner Show and other tourist spots. Early check-in and on-site parking add to the convenience. it’s an amazing place for a pleasant stay, just like always.
